What's a Virtual Admin?
An experienced and certified member of our team learns about your organization and offers professional support, all done virtually. They work closely with your team to prioritize requests, support users, and make recommendations when more advanced functionality is necessary. Our goal is to be an integral part of your team and success as your organization grows and scales.

Support Hours
We agree to a minimum and maximum number of hours to support your organization each month. This most frequently ranges between 5 and 50 hours a month.
Hourly Rate
The rate we charge for hours worked. Our current rate is $125 / hr. Rates may be negotiated for longer term lengths or more complex support expectations.
Term Length
The number of months our work is contracted for. Typical agreements range from 6-12 months, with discounts being offered for 12 month agreements
