Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with nonprofit clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and implement Salesforce technology that drives meaningful outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the nonprofit sector while contributing to our growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their mission, challenges, and goals.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) customizations.
• Build and optimize Salesforce flows, reports, dashboards, and other key functionality.
• Provide training and support to nonprofit staff to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features, with a focus on the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly NPSP or nonprofit-specific implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (e.g., flows, reports, dashboards, data model).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience working with or for nonprofits is highly preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Compensation

Contracted employees will be paid between $40-60 / hour depending on experience level.
